Unorganized, some upper management are very lazy and can make the experience unpleasant. A lot of gossip.

Cant think of any, they definitely dont properly train their employees, you sit through a generic training then are sent to the wolfs with the hopes of other employees guiding you, and with that those employees dont know what's going on as well! Then they write you up and suspend you while they dont pay and look for replacement!

The thought that you are actually going to be able to help these kids. Not with the way they run it! They just want the money and dont care about the youth!
