I just started working at PlanHub not too long ago. It feels amazing to be a part of a supportive, encouraging team environment with long-term plans for a career growth in construction. In a nutshell, PlanHub connects General Contractors to our Subcontractors by posting their projects on our site. PlanHub is a sparkling, rare gem of a company that trains employees, fits them right in, & achieves a healthy work-life balance. Some of the tangible benefits: - Remote work. You can work from home across the USA while the main office is located in West Palm Beach, Florida. - Unlimited PTO. You can take time off whenever you need to in a responsible manner. - Work-life balance. PlanHub understands the importance of balancing work & personal life. From remote work, unlimited PTO policy. - Culture. PlanHub's culture is a culture of growth, support, open communication, transparency, & a culture of taking care of each other so the entire group succeeds. - Supportive Management. Management here is very forward-thinking, innovative, & hard-working. You couldn't find a better group to lead us. This is a place where one can spend a really long time (or even forever) at & view this as their final destination career in life, rather than a stepping stone. A career to raise their family, & enjoy a comfortable retirement in. I take a great deal of pride in being here, & no place where I'd rather be than at PlanHub.
