You receive less than 25% of what they are charging their clients. Awful scheduling team No leadership People who only look out for themselves

Flexible schedule, no editing, clear job expectations.

Cons

Inconsistent work yet they expect you to maintain availability for them to schedule you causing constant gaps in your own schedule. Will schedule you for some jobs that are an hour away but the jobs only pay $20 for the job making it a 10/hour job + doesn't cover fuel/mileage.
