Pros
People here are very open with information and willing to teach others what they need to know to get work done. Management has been flexible with working hours, and many people work from home when they need to or on a regular basis. I received really good training when I first started, and there are initiatives happening to make that experience happen for every employee who starts with the company. Salt Lake office is in a really fun location, and there's no sign of leaving this location in the future, unlike many companies who are moving to the Draper area. A new floor of offices is being renovated right now to deal with the company's growth. I've been to the Orlando office, too, and it's a fun environment with lots of friendly people.
Cons
While information is constantly being shared, there are some organizational processes that cause important info to be hard to find, but that is being worked on. Some people who were hired not long before I was didn't get sufficient training on the industry and the company's products, but that is being worked on, too.
