Pros
The organization has a wonderful mission and works to help projects overseas and locally. I've had the opportunity to learn, grow and exapand in my position, which makes each day different. I also love that management, specifically our CEO wants you to learn and expand your skillset.
Cons
I think that Planet Aid is very modest about the good things that are done locally. It's admirable, but people should know so they won't pass by the yellow bins.
