Pros
An internship here is what you make it. If you're a self-starter, it's an opportunity to learn a lot. The staff appreciates creativity and skill and is open to interns' ideas if they make themselves heard.
Cons
That being said, if you're shy or need someone to tell you what you should be doing at every minute of the day, you will not find that here. Interns make up more than half the workforce and are kept in a separate room for the regular employees. There is very little structure to the internships, not a lot of communication between management and interns, and no one really keeps track of you. You have to be assertive and take initiative if you want to get the most out of your experience.
