Pros

Literally none. I can't think of a single positive thing minus the people. And even that it's only a small group of people that were tolerable.

Cons

Where to begin... 1. Management is running the business into the ground. They have no idea what they are doing. 2. You are a glorified SDR. No one trusts you to sell on your own. You will set up calls and they will get hijacked by management. 3. The anxiety is so high from the ongoing desperation to bring in deals that you will cry every day. 4. Leadership blatantly lies to clients with false case studies and stories. 5. If you enjoy waking up stressed out every day, this place is for you. 6. No training whatsoever. They throw you to the wolves. 7. The product is not up to market standards. Go work for a competitor. 8. Sure they offer a nice base, but you won't make commission because no one buys this subpar tool. 9. You will work 24/7 for little reward. No life/work balance. 10. Spare yourself from this misery. 11. No 401k. Like seriously? Or stock. 12. The business is failing. It's a sinking ship on fire with sharks circling it, out for blood. 13. Also all of the "positive reviews" - total lies. Everyone is miserable at the company. Don't take a single review for what it's worth.

Pros

Amazing product, team and leadership. High standards throughout, get ready to work hard and be challenged but also to LEARN. They are pushing the envelope on what it means to be a CSM and you will develop a ton working on this team.

Cons

You're expected to do what it takes to get the job done, that means it's not a 9-5, if that's what you want you should look elsewhere. Not a good fit for everyone.

Pros

People are great and the product is a market-leader. Company does a better job than most at offering flexibility

Cons

Focus is heavily on the sales and customer success orgs, while the tech org is unstructured and disorganized. Leadership claims it's to improve fluidity but in my experience it resulted in a lack of domain ownership and inefficiency in building and supporting the product. Ideas can come top-down or bottom-up, but promoting ideas and pieces of work intent becomes a bit of a political game. There is little care for analytically-driven decision-making, everything is based on gut feel and qualitative feedback - that's not inherently bad, but this is not the org to work in if you like to make product development decisions and measure success on quantifiable criteria Lastly, title changes and comp increases are discussed more than delivered unless you are in the sales / CS org
