      Pros

      If you can get on a senior manager's coat tail you'll be promoted faster. Nice offices and flexible hours. Opportunities to learn a lot of different things much faster than larger accounting practices.

      Cons

      Opportunities are not spread evenly amongst new staff and will delay promotions. I had one in-charge brag about getting a DUI and then getting the case dropped - WOW... Staff and Managers are in constant competition to put others down for jobs and reviews. They laid-off people last year.
