Even certain leaders were thrown away without teams consideration and future company focus, run behind many non-realistic projects. Poor Leadership, High Politics. and Lack of Recognition Decision making is heavily centralised, Talented individuals including new hires frequently leaves within months due to micromanagement and lack of autonomy. Work-life just forget about it. long hours and personal sacrifices rarely acknowledged. Horrific and Toxic work has emerged where a few people control multiple departments, creating an unsafe environment for innovation. No Work life balance and stress throughout lead to Interns.
