Pros
Not very many. Probably just location and SOME of the employees that work hard under the circumstances.
Cons
People get screamed by Senior Management, either locally or via phone to people in India.
Very poor Salary.
Senior Management not focused on employee development.
Employee Appreciation focused on "preferred" employees.
The position that you are hired in is the position that you will stay in forever, no opportunities to grow except for "preferred" employees.
So much employee rotation both in the US than in India, making every task harder as new employees have to catch up quick with no clue on what they are doing.
Senior Management ask the employees to use personal mobile and personal internet for business after work hours with no compensation.
Senior Management ask the employees to work very late and then come to work very early to accommodate the employees overseas in India as they have to "communicate" at all times via personal phones (for people in the US).
Lack of Human Resources.
Lack of Leadership.
