Bad salary, disorganized and difficult to make a career.

Awesome and talented people in a place that give you the tools to learn and improve yourself as a software developer. Lot's of opportunities for doing talks, participating open source and writing books for those that are into it.

The salary is a little on the downside for São Paulo, even more for people moving from outside the city.
