      Pros

      Small team of extra-special contributors/experts, hand picked and selected by a multi-facet, experienced, thoughtful leadership/management team (Operation, Engineering, Design, QA, Sale, Marketing, Support...). Every one is super smart, dedicated and learning hard/fast from the collective knowledge base. Teams are all located in ONE work environment (san Mateo). it's an extremely fast agile shop; we all work in realtime then all sleep in the same time zone... no email pile up in the morning no late night call with outsourcing centers

      Cons

      Be ready to work hard, give your 200% while working with colleges coming from around the worlds, all with different cultural backgrounds.

      Pros

      The caliber, intelligence, creativity, collaborative abilities of the entire team are second to none. Lots of food - and not just junk! Product is a stand-out in big data - doing very well and getting lots of traction. People are friendly and will run towards an issue (and a person needing help), as opposed to treating the issue like it's not their problem. Regular updates from exec's about where the business is, where the product is...great for keeping us aware of the latest news. Best place I've worked in a long time.

      Cons

      Outskirts of downtown San Mateo make the location a little "suburban" in feel - hard to walk out and find much for lunch. The commute can also be challenging for people located more than 15 miles from the office - though they're working on ways to address this (flex days, flexible hours, etc). Also - can we "work" on having more fun?
