Can be difficult to balance work/life if you are not into working nights

Great people work here and share passion for brewing beer. There was initial excitement in working for a rising star in the competitive craft beer market.

Very poor employee relations between administration and boots on the ground. They push lean production values onto cellarmen and brewers because they are salaried. This leaves production line workers to scramble for hourly crumbs in the "slow" season. Very poor working conditions in an old building. There was mold covering the production line floor when I first started and conditions have improved marginally in the 8 months I was there. About 20 employees plus dozens of visitors daily all share 1 bathroom. There is a poisonous "us" "them" employee culture here. Expect expendability and use this as a stepping stone job to brewery work elsewhere.
