The I divudal care home was great. No issues

Do not work for this company, they have no sense of loyalty to their staff and do not support them in any way. They are quick the get rid of you for no valid reason which they can’t even back themself. As they can’t they will then ignore you and still not provide any reason to their outcome. Should be done for unlawful dismissal. Honestly a disgrace how they treat hard working individuals who have done nothing wrong and still cannot provide any logical reasoning behind decisions made
