Formal processes around on-boarding are lacking, the tools to do your job are available but somewhat difficult to acquire (a lot of manual steps)

The company people are great there, there is a good conversation between peers and pretty upbeat.

There are too many meetings, they are still developing a product and have no real directions. The management has no idea what the worker bee's are doing. They will say one thing and do another. Honestly avoid this place if you want to keep your sanity.
