Pros
Very nice coworkers. Brand new office with pool/ping-pong tables, very close to the beach for lunch breaks.
Cons
Amateur management. Exceptionally political for a 30 employee structure. You need to mimic what management says or you are viewed and treated like a black sheep. On top of that, management does not practice what they preach. The travel spend is out of control, yet they've made decisions to cut hiring. Do not expect any medical insurance, transportation benefits or company-sponsored events. Get ready to bring your own coffee or tea because none of it is provided... A top-level manager once summed it up: 'we take but we don't give'
