      Pros

      Salary/benefits are above average, certifications are paid for, coworker are cool to work with, young, and down to earth.

      Cons

      GSD is an organization in shambles. Employees are constantly quitting or getting fired for little to no reason. There is no guidance and management believes that employees are completely expendable. The only measure of success is billable hours. There is no learning, there is no one to learn from, and younger employees have no career path or guidance. The reviews on glassdoor are true, you have been warned.
