      Pros

      Team is fun to work with, discount is okay.

      Cons

      Upper management should manage the stores instead since they all like to micromanage. Bullying is rampant and it starts from the top. No matter what you do, your worth depends on the socks that you sell. Lots of stores don't have first aid kit. Most workers don't take their 10 minute breaks and were not encouraged to take it.

      Fun environment and working with a creative team. Felt like family. Many have gone on to have great careers at Fortune 500 companies.

      Cons

      - A stepping stone for most. - Salary is not competitive understandably due to the size of the company.

      Pros

      The people and culture. There are goals and standards like any job but how you hit them is up to you. Everyone is very friendly and EXTREMELY helpful. This is not a dog eat dog sales environment because there are so many companies to call. I have seen a number of people come and go and it is clear that management knows how to hire likeminded people with enough in common and enough that’s different that it works out great!

      Cons

      Very hard sell. Calling a business out of the blue offering advertising on the bbb.org and all the other standard online products and services.
