Hands on experience in a diagnostic lab (organization, quality control), flexible work hours, also has opportunities for R&D work (in addition to diagnostic work), free lunch at least once a week

Poor management - management does not know how to deal with a handful of employees at once and does not know how to prioritize tasks, lots of gossip, inconsistent workflow (i.e. you get sent home if they have no work for you to do even after you commuted all that way just to work), slight racism/favoritism for employees of a certain race, assigns tasks that are due within the next few days at the last minute, inventory system is not accurate - no one maintains it correctly
