      Pros

      Non of them as this company always had issues not paying in time wages and than not even paying the arrears.

      Cons

      CEO that is constantly lying and playing around with announcements in the Slack or any meeting that he will bring the company back on its feet but he will 100% spend the capital and than say to the channels that everything is fine and claiming that is the fault of the employees that this happen that is a bigger lie.
