Pros

New Management and new office has completely flipped the culture and productivity of the company. Having worked here 1 year so far, I've seen the company completely transform. Team outings to the forests of czechia, gamescom, 2day offsite seminars to castles in germany, boat party's along the canals, it feels like what working in the team should feel like. The projects and team are ambitious, and with a very agile style of working, its good stuff. You get to take a free 5 minute ferry ride to the office everyday along the IJ

Cons

Depending on your preferences, we're in a higly creative early phase of production, we're doign a lot of experimentation right now, so not always for everyone.

Pros

Would say the salary, but it's way too low to put up with the management toxicity

Cons

See "Non-player centric" BS from the only 4 stars review (from the company tech director) (what is even a non-player centric game? A game without any gameplay and spectator mode only? Virtual world voyeur TV?) Company hired industry veteran with 10-20+ years Xp and produced nothing in 3 years Never seen before turnover (80%, 90%?), people leave after a year or less April 2021, out of the blue, the whole design team fired and suddenly people disappearing from Slack without any explanation. After that the direction asked artists and programmers to do design tasks No internal communication Even their ML/ECS tech lead nowhere and is likely already years late Is this company a multi-million euros scam directed by con artists or is it just incompetence?

Pros

- Friendly coworkers - No crunch culture - Good compensation - Generous benefits - Remote friendly and first all in EU timezones - Interesting projects - Small team, values not becoming bloated and gives agency - Trust from leadership and easy to talk to leadership

Cons

- Not diverse, even by already low games industry standards - More ambiguity than neccessary
