      Pros

      The part-time staff actually working in the store bonded nicely together and remain friends today. Many days were easy, especially in the summer when traffic is low.

      Cons

      Management was disorganized to an extreme. Frequently the work orders for the day would be to undo work from the previous day based on nothing more than a new opinion. An employee cut his hand open on the skate sharpener, only to find that the company did not have any of the appropriate registration with WorkSafeBC. Stock was never inventoried which led to misplaced orders and many other disasters.

      Pros

      I was given the freedom to make changes that I felt would benefit the company. I enjoyed the great group of people that I worked for. There was no inner office strife. It simply wasn't tolerated.

      Cons

      Unfortunately I was in a serious car accident and could no longer keep my employment due to multiple surgeries. The company is now out of business.

      Pros

      Employee Discount is nice if you play hockey or lacrosse Young Staff that is energetic Fun Culture and a good place to get your foot in the door

      Cons

      Low Pay and minimal raises Long Hours with no overtime pay Little Recognition of accomplishment of success High School Kid Job Level
