Pros

- Thoughtful onboarding with a clear structure and resources; ramp-up felt intentional. - My manager models healthy work-life balance (sets expectations for delayed responses, takes family time) and genuinely respects time off. Wellness days each month, where the whole company actually shuts down, plus a full company closure between Christmas and New Year’s. Slack goes quiet, and it’s truly honored. - Leaders I work with have a growth mindset; I’m treated with respect, and my expertise is taken seriously. - When I’ve raised concerns, I’ve consistently seen quick, meaningful follow-through and resolution. - Compensation is strong compared to offers I had elsewhere, and the benefits package adds real value: Carrot fertiility benefits have offset the cost of two rounds of IVF, a $65 monthly wellness stipend reduces the cost of my haircuts, and there's a generous home office stipend when you start. Combined with the extra company holidays, it’s a compelling total package. (I use my partner’s health insurance, so can’t speak to the company health plan directly.)

Cons

- As a one-of-one role, access to the right systems took time; I was initially left off some key announcements and meetings and my leader didn't have enough expertise to set me on the right track to get help. You have to be a bit independent in many roles so it takes a certain personality. - Legacy tech from pre-Mindbody/ClassPass merge could use modernization; Dayforce in particular feels overdue for investment. Using it for performance reviews and payroll forms is like accessing the 1990s. - We use Microsoft Office and Outlook, which have been glitchy and are the only part of my day that consistently frustrates me.

Pros

Remote work, excellent work-life balance, flexible time off, 20+ company holidays and wellness days, and generous parental leave available from day one are all incredible benefits. What has stood out most to me, though, is the people. The leadership team and managers are some of the most intelligent, strategic, and thoughtful individuals I have had the opportunity to partner with throughout my career. They challenge teams to think bigger, make data-driven decisions, and focus on meaningful outcomes, while remaining approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in their employees' success. Since joining, every person I have worked with has been kind, respectful, collaborative, and willing to help. There is a strong culture of partnership where ideas are welcomed, expertise is valued, and people work together to solve problems rather than operate in silos. The company is navigating an exciting period of growth and transformation, and it's inspiring to work alongside such talented colleagues who are passionate about what they do. I feel fortunate to be surrounded by people who are not only exceptionally smart and strategic, but also genuinely good humans who make coming to work each day enjoyable.

Cons

I don't have any cons right now :)

Pros

The people I worked with for the brief time I did were great.

Cons

Everything. It was the worst job I ever had. The script. It was so unorganized. My manager changed 2 weeks in to the job due to a reorg. Moved me from the hiring manager 2 hours away to one in bumbleF Montana, totally normal for a field sales role? She didn’t fire me, she went on vacation and had her boss, sales director, do it for her. I was ecstatic. This is a predatory company for clients, candidates, and employees. Sinking ship. Interview process should have been a red flag. They are desperate. Don’t do it!!!
