Pros
Sincerely, there are no pros here. Zero, Nada. Think of the best thing you could achieve as an employee; promotion, benefits, raise in pay etc. it does not exist in this company.
Cons
Sincerely, there are ton of things that I don’t even know where to begin: 1. Management doesn’t care about its employee. They do not listen, if you complain, you’re gotten rid of, and replaced with an amateur. 2. Employees are seriously underpaid. Company announce record-revenue and still lay-off employees. Engineers earn salary of a Sales reps. You should either consider working here either at the early stage of your career (with an exit plan in mind) or you’re at your retirement age and just want to work. 3. Most employees in the company have been there for over 15 years in the same role which is a red flag for me. Because the CEO knows some people make them feel like they are irreplaceable which is quite funny. Changing the name of a role to make it look like an internal promotion is absolutely nonsense. 4. There is no innovation in this company. You get zero budget for your personal learning and development. The company only learning platform which was LinkedIn Learning was terminated. 5. Entire tech stack in the company is legacy, archaic and old asf. The company still replies on tech stack from the 1990s and wouldn’t move onto better technologies. Nothing new to learn here, lots of manual work and use of AI tools is prohibited as well. 6. Racism and discrimination is highly experienced in this company. Local employees discriminate against foreign employees, make silly side comments thinking you won’t understand. The jokes are on them, as they tend to display their level of ignorance and exposure. I sincerely didn’t care about them one bit. 7. Took a poll where less than 10 percent of the company voted to come to office. Ended up forcing employees to come to the office 3 times per day which is not acceptable.
