Poor Management / Wages too low - Airbrush Artist Playtime Creations Employee Review

I could not live on Playtime wages as a full time employee after three years with the company. I have a bachelor’s degree, and I needed to work two part time jobs along with playtime, just to pay bills. Bonuses were promised and never received. I was told I needed to “replace my boss” in order to receive a raise. One of my supervisors lied about my productivity and conduct in a written warning. This same person was accused of sexual harassment months later. There is documentation of all of this. This person is still employed.
