Loved working here, best work life balance, amazing leadership and team for many years, comp plan and commission structure was amazing until it wasn't....

Lots of churn and market reputation started to plummet after poor leadership decisions and we got a new CEO Dan who was horrible, TONS of layoffs, causing us to go into the market to be acquired, eventually by NICE and they aren't that great. The transition has been horrendous and everyone has left. Skeleton crew now.
