When the industry thrives then it can be a great place to work as there isn't a lack of work to go around.

Pay is below national and state average for this position as of this review and given state pending tax increase the industry is in a slump. Very fast pace and metal fortitude is a must have given the importance of the job we do daily, can be very taxing on the mind and body.
