      The Director of Operations West Coast is a great manager.

      There is no A/C inside the Warehouse area and the summer temperature inside peaks to 110 F

      Pros

      Set shifts for 1st and 2nd shifts M-F Paid weekly Most team members are approachable and helpful Advancement opportunities

      Cons

      Extremely difficult to learn systems and processes (no areas have SOP’s available) Human Resources are slow to respond to questions or issues Pay is on the low end of the scale. Production team members only start at $16 per hour and turnover is very high
