No pros not a single likes

There is too much work pressure every day. You have to handle many tasks with very short deadlines. Most people in higher positions are relatives of each other, which leads to favoritism and unfair treatment. The company keeps hiring new people all the time, but many employees leave because of the bad work culture. You are often told to work on Saturdays or weekends without any extra payment. Employees are asked to attend or manage walk-in drives even on weekends, so there’s no proper rest. Meetings are arranged very late at night, sometimes at 11 PM or even 12 AM, which causes stress. Even after working 9 hours in the office, you still have to attend meetings from home multiple times a day. If you are on leave, you still receive work calls and messages. There is no work-life balance. You are expected to be available all the time. If a candidate gets rejected, you are blamed even when it’s not your fault. Employees are forced to write fake positive reviews about the company. The performance-linked incentives (PLI) are delayed for 4–5 months or sometimes not given at all. The work environment is toxic and mentally exhausting, making many employees feel stressed and unhappy.
