You feel like you are part of a large, close knit family. When you walk into the community space on the top floor where there are games, free food, band equipment, gathering spaces, and so much more that brings people from all over the company together to connect and feel part of something great - which Plex is! It is not uncommon to see the CEO playing bubble hockey against others. He is that approachable and genuine. VPs are sharing beers and conversations with interns. Sales guys are playing table tennis with developers. Best of all this connection is not just on the top floor but happens throughout the company at all levels all the time. As any fast growing company or family, as more people are added and more dispersed all over the country it remains a challenge to keep everyone connected and ensuring the continuation of the family type culture.
