Pros
The CEO is a genuine leader and the culture he's built reflects that. He gives his time generously, especially during ramp, and trusts you to operate autonomously — which is rarer than it should be. I've reported directly into multiple C-Suite over the last 6 years, some really good ones, but reporting into one that actually gets and understands sales is extremely refreshing.
The culture is in a rebuild phase and the calibre of people coming through the door is excellent. You can feel the lift across every team.
Work-life balance is real here. This is the first holiday in ten years where I haven't been contacted by leadership while I was off. That tells you everything you need to know about how the leadership team thinks about their people.
Flexible working environment that actually works in practice, not just on paper.
Easily one of the most internally sophisticated companies I've worked at when it comes to AI. They're leaning in properly — not the surface-level AI-washing you see almost everywhere else.
Ramp expectations are fair, the strategic direction is clear, and you're given the runway and autonomy to actually execute against it.
For the right candidates, the sales team is sitting on a huge opportunity right now.
Cons
none so far - which is nice
