I worked with this organization when the team size was around 30 people. While there were some learning opportunities during my tenure, my exit experience has been difficult. It has been over 5 months since I left the company, and my salary for the final 2 months is still pending. I have followed up multiple times via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls regarding this matter. I also reached out to senior management and was assured that the dues would be cleared. However, there has been no further update or closure since then. Timely settlement of employee dues is an important part of maintaining trust and professionalism. I hope the organization improves its processes around exit formalities and communication going forward. Cons: Delays in final settlement Limited communication during exit process Strengthen processes around employee exits, especially with respect to timely payments and clear communication. This will help build long-term trust and credibility.
