Throughout my 26 year corporate career I've had many positive, exciting experiences but working for Plum has definitely been the highlight of my working years. With a culture built on a positive, caring team atmosphere, Plum offers its employees great competitive wages and healthcare benefits inlcuding 100% company paid premiums. Plum routinely acknowledges their employees with everyday recognition for jobs well done and provides annual employee event and activities throughout the year to bring everyone together. Employees are given a yearly bonus based on how well the company performs and are also given an extra day off during their birthday month as part of the paid holiday days off for the year. The company culture at Plum truly makes employees feel that they are valued and respected as a human being. I actually love coming to work each day!
