Plum's still relatively young for the punch that they're packing as an organization. They're still growing.

Great product and user interface. Internal systems and collaboration were wonderful. Value proposition for customers is very clear and easy to translate.

Company's focus changed several times a year, resistance to expanding offerings and upgrading processes to cater to large enterprise clients, nepotism that did not yield beneficial results or revenue. Some individuals in management sell you a lot of promises to distract you but there is zero follow-through on growth opportunities, transparency, or evolution.
