Great model but lack of good leadership and support - Full Time Emploee Plummer Youth Promise Employee Review

Leadership team is poor and too focused on construction instead of employee experience. HR function is new but to the looks of it will be burned out unless they have support soon. Permanency workers want more training but hardly get it. MPPA shouldn’t be the only training we get. High turnover of development team and poor communication as to what is going on with that team.
