Outstanding management team. CEO really understands the industry, is very transparent and looks out for the team; innovative and entrepreneurial spirit. Customer focused. U.S. management team also strong. Everyone treated with respect.
Cons
Not enough capital to get done what we need to in order to grow more quickly. Also the investors (VCs) appear to be weak; not helpful and not tuned into the business.
