Love the owner and the entire team. Collaborative, calm and super supportive working environment which encourages independent thinking. The owner sets a high bar, expects results but values your input and gives you the freedom to execute on your terms - love the independence.

Although I love the peace and calm of the office, it can get a bit too quiet at times but definitely prefer it to the chaos of some of the other companies I have worked at.
