Was gutted to leave when I relocated. I loved my time at Plus One. The management were really supportive and the training offered was excellent and I felt confident and comfortable in my role really quickly.
The role of Recruitment Consultant can really vary from company to company but at Plus One there is a real emphasis on the word consultant. We were trained to offered a proper consultancy service and I got to know my clients and candidates really well when working with them, something I loved.
The recruitment process is really through including doing a PPA (personality profile) which was scarily accurate - but proves they truly care about who they bring into the team and means I had the best colleagues - all were friendly, knowledgeable and professional and there was no internal competition - we all worked together as a team, which was really refreshing!
I loved working with a great variety of businesses, working to achievable targets and being offered excellent training and support.
If you want to work in recruitment in the Oxfordshire/Warwickshire area there is no other agency I would recommend joining, you will be appreciated and valued and be rewarded financially and with real job satisfaction.
