Pros
You meet awesome people and come into contact with people from many different fields and backgrounds. Really the only thing worthwhile is the coworkers you meet and clients you work with.
Cons
Benefits are terrible. They don't even match your 401k. Moving up is difficult because they're constantly hiring people from the outside to management positions. It feels like being a current employee is actually a negative. There's clearly a gender bias in management, as an overwhelming majority of new managers are female. The starting pay for Exercise Specialists is laughable for what is asked for in the resumes. The company asks for a college degree and multiple certifications but pays close to minimum wage and doesn't provide an education stipend anymore.
