Management takes care of you as long as you are a good employee and show up to work.

Cons

I was early morning shift so the con is if you are not a morning person. Can't move up the company unless purse a personal training or group fitness role.

Work life balance with generous PTO and client holidays. Autonomy provided in position.

Cons

Poor merit increases, no increases to match inflation, lack of improvements or advancements, management lacks vision to progress in meeting client needs
