The benefits package is not great. You only receive 6 weeks parental leave. This is still better than a lot of companies though.

Work life balance with generous PTO and client holidays. Autonomy provided in position.

Cons

Poor merit increases, no increases to match inflation, lack of improvements or advancements, management lacks vision to progress in meeting client needs
