      Bad culture, lacks direction - coming from top down (think C-suite and board) Know people who've been working there for 6-8+ years with little to show for career progression.

      Pros

      Very small company - I'm the only CTA. The cancer research is meaningful and the job benefits are good, but the biggest "plus" is probably the good company culture.

      Pros

      Remote work, good healthcare, fair PTO and holidays, most of the employees are great, and the research is helping people.

      Cons

      Chaotic small company that is ran very illogically. Executives keep on getting hired for appearances when they don't even know how to do their job. Yet the CEO got rid of the entire clinical operations department on a whim... Don't expect hard work here to earn you anything.
