Bad company - Administrative Plus Therapeutics Employee Review

Very small company - I'm the only CTA. The cancer research is meaningful and the job benefits are good, but the biggest "plus" is probably the good company culture.

Hard to say any cons

Decent pay and OK benefits, WLB is good

Bad culture, lacks direction - coming from top down (think C-suite and board) Know people who've been working there for 6-8+ years with little to show for career progression.
