Growth options. I started at 12 per hr for 1 week. I made 14.5 for 3 weeks, 16.5 for 3 weeks. The move from 17 to 20 an hour was slow and difficult, I mean who is going to hand you 20 an hour for nothing? Exactly. Easy job to learn, great teachers, If someone doesn't make the money they wanted to in this job, they didn't apply themselves until they earn it.
