1. Very toxic and stressful environment to work 2. You will feel insulted and the management do not value your qualifications 3. One sided employee related policy. They keep changing the policy as per their convenience without intimating the employee. They verbally communicate the change in policy instead of proper email communication and discussion 4. They might give you an increment but on the same side they will make you feel as if they have given some favour to you. So you don't feel entitled. And this is the most disgusting feeling 5. You have to follow management order** otherwise they threaten you that they will fire you from the job 6. Lala company 7. Misguiding in salary structure 8. In such kind of environment instead of focusing on learning new things and your career you will focus on following irrelevant management order
