Pros
Great place to work. Very accessible leadership team who have open door policies for all staff. Roles are very broad and you feel like you are able to help shape the strategy of the company. Lots of staff benefits and free PlusNet products. Company is based mostly on 2 Yorkshire sites which makes communication very easy.
Cons
Not really a cons but will mean it isn't for everyone: Very fast paced so you have to enjoy this.
