Regarding the concerns about racism, we want to assure you that we have a zero-tolerance policy for any type of discrimination within the workplace and recognize that all team members have a right to be treated with dignity and respect in an environment free of harassment, discrimination and retaliation. We’re also disappointed to hear your experience regarding advancement within the organization, as favoritism and career advancement outside of our established practices is not in alignment with our equal opportunity policy and core values.
In both of these situations, we always recommend that team members report any incidents using the confidential resource outlined in our employee handbook to allow for a thorough investigation. Creating an inclusive and respectful atmosphere where every team member feels valued and respected is of utmost importance to us. Our strength lies in our diverse workforce.
