      The pride of working in the glass world. It is great to create new perfume bottles for the fanciest clients representing the most luxurious brands in the world. People truly have the desire to give satisfaction to the customers.

      The top management doesn't always listen to the ideas coming from underneath. Some people consider themselves as experts and are not always open-minded.
