Pros
-Great work/life balance: The company is always urging people to take time off when they need it. They are extremely flexible when life happens. I've never been reprimanded for when something comes up last minute that needs to be dealt with. -Catered Lunch: If you dont like what's for lunch, there's hundreds of near by places to choose from. If there's a lot left over, you are welcome to pack some home -Great benefits: The best you can get. -Great Perks: All kinds of really cool perks. Some within the building and some that are more material. -Unlimited vacation: Lets be real though, it's within reason. -Transparency: The company is very transparent with the employees, even with the business side of things. Most people know what's going on. -Diverse and inclusive: This is a subject that the company takes very seriously. We have a great diverse team and I think most people are happy about that.
Cons
-Complacency: The company tends to be very conservative when developing new games. Many people are stuck working on a project that they don't want to for a very long time. However, some people are totally okay with this. -High turnover: Because of the above, there is a high turnover rate. Many people want to keep being creative and make new things, but the truth is, there just isn't a whole lot going on. -Arrogance among leads: There are many times when someone may point out or suggest something which would benefit a project. Often times it falls on deaf ears and then the same suggestion will be brought up again by someone else and it will be thought of as the best idea ever. -Dont expect much personal growth: It's a great place to work and settle down in, but if you are in your early days, staying too long will cause you to plateau.
