Too much internal politics,coordinators,vice principals and principal are least bothered about few teachers . Lot of favouritism here. Many last minute works are given and basically we cover the mistakes of higher authorities. Not at all a good working environment for teachers also Sunday’s are working they usually plan their sports day and other events on sunday and if you dont come on sunday they’ll deduct your salary for 2 days. Coschoolastic teachers have to work for both the shifts i.e 12 hours in case there are some events in the school
